I decided to start my own families blog today. Hopefully with a new year just around the corner, I will be able to keep everyone up to date on what is going on with our family throughout the new year. (That is if I can figure out how to use this space correctly)
We had a nice, quiet Christmas with only DJ and Taylor at home. Mitchell did get to call us on Christmas day and that was really great. We miss him so much but are so proud of him for what he is doing. It's more important than being home with us old fuddy duddies anyway. (Speaking of Doug and I only. Well okay just me. I wouldn't want to accuse Doug of being either fuddy or duddy)
Audrey and her two boys came a few days ago and it definitely livened things up around here. They are so fun and darling too. It's okay for a grandma to think her grand kids are the cutest around isn't it?
I'm going to try to put some up to date pictures of our family on this blog. Hope you like them.

Kasey and Audrey live in Orem Utah while Kasey is attending BYU.They have two boys Hunter (6) Stockton (4). They are a beautiful family. We love them very much.

Mitchell (20) is serving in the Michigan-Lansing Mission. We are so proud of him and love his sweet spirit and fun sense of humor.

Toby Wan Kenobi is a little jester. He loves to tease and loves everyone. He is terrified of fireworks though. He thinks he rules the roost and he probably does. He gets his hair everywhere. My house was clean and now I have slobber marks on my furniture along with his hair. I have to do better to not let him on the furniture.
